Why must you not fill in or sign a legal document with a red pen?

There’s no law against it, but dark blue ink is preferred, possibly because it photocopies better, while still not being the same color as the printed portions of the document. Of course, with modern printers, that no longer offers the same reassurance it used to.

Shenzhen's silent revolution...

What won’t Silicon Valley admit about technology and progress?

That 87% of the Startups are unnecessary and don’t solve a real problem.
Silicon Valley produced some great companies and a legacy for ages.
Without Silicon Valley/Bay Area there probably would be no HP, Apple, Google, Uber, Dropbox etc. P.S.: (totally made those 87% up btw, that’s just what it feels like to me.)

How does Deep Learning work?

Deep Learning is a machine learning method. It allows us to train an AI to predict outputs, given a set of inputs. Both supervised and unsupervised learning can be used to train the AI. We will learn how deep learning works by building an hypothetical airplane ticket price estimation service. We will train it using a supervised learning method. We want our airplane ticket price estimator to predict the price using the following inputs (we are excluding return tickets for simplicity)

Are there any successful data scientists with low IQ's?

The answer is likely yes. Income to IQ comparisons show that IQ is directly correlated to income. However the sample points show plenty of extremes on both sides, even very stupid people with an IQ of around 80 can be among the top earners.
So in terms of income yes. But why should anyone want to be a scientist without the capacity to understand the topic properly. Also usually low IQ people are all but interested in science.
